High quality design engineered from the UK allows for no fuss installation, with no irreversible changes required. Our online installation guide breaks the process down into easy to understand, bitesize chunks. All of our manuals are in our online 'web forum' format so we can build in feedback from our community - for example, as they encounter variances in vehicles from different model years and regions, and discover new ways of simplifying or improving the process.

Built around our unique 12v electric A/C compressor coupled to our new high performance blower evaporator this system transforms cabin comfort while the new climate control unit preserves the Defender’s unmistakable interior aesthetic. Every element is engineered to fit seamlessly, ensuring a clean, factory‑style installation with no intrusive modifications. 

What do you get? 
A range of precision‑engineered components, designed and manufactured in house make up our easy to install system:

1) 12V A/C compressor with brackets
High‑output 12v Classic Retrofit electric compressor and ECU for reliable cabin cooling even at idle.

2) Condenser, fan, drier bottle, and brackets
Bespoke condenser with quality high performance fan and custom‑fit brackets for a clean factory look grille (not like the later Puma Defenders or competitor products with an awkward-looking extended grille).

3) Blower evaporator unit
With our custom made hi-performance evaporator core, heater unit and fan for optimum performance, the blower unit is engineered for maximum airflow and straight forward installation.

4) Climate control unit
Our custom designed, dash mounted climate control unit is durable yet stylish, with 'OEM+' look and feel that enhances the cabin without looking out of place. 

5) Dash ducts and vents
Bespoke Defender‑specific dash ducting kit for maximised airflow and directional control, this addresses the not fit for purpose factory arrangement and avoids the inconvenient and space hungry 'under dash' blower that our competitors use.

5) Wiring Harness
We provide a high quality, made in the UK plug‑and‑play wiring harness for straightforward installation.

Our compressor has an IP67 rating meaning it is completely protected from dust, and can withstand temporary immersion in water. It is suitable for accidental drops in water, but not for continuous submersion or high-pressure water ingress.
